At CampCruiserGear, your satisfaction is our mission. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of date of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where applicable.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@campcruisergear.store with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale
- Opened consumable products (food, fuel, etc.)
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. To get a different item, return your original purchase and place a new order.
